During my city break, I found the food at the hotel restaurant absolutely delicious. the view from my room was breathtaking! I also appreciated the help and attentiveness of the duty manager.

I was disappointed with the customer service at reception. the staff were not helpful and came across as arrogant.

We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right next to the golf course was perfect for us as avid golfers. The room service was prompt and provided us with everything we needed to enhance our comfort. The bell staff/porter was friendly and helpful, making sure our luggage was taken care of. The laundry service was convenient and efficient, keeping us looking fresh throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival. The pet amenities available were a nice touch for those traveling with furry friends. The happy hour provided a great opportunity to relax and enjoy some delicious drinks. The room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar were all of high quality. The terrace offered a breathtaking view and was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of activities. The in-room safe provided peace of mind for our valuables. The garden furniture added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. The free toiletries provided were a nice bonus. The television and am/fm alarm clock ensured we stayed entertained and on schedule. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities including the spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi offered the ultimate in relaxation. The sun terrace and sun loungers were comfortable and inviting. The spa center provided a range of beauty treatments and services, leaving us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The aqua park provided fun for all ages. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, quality of services, and amenities.

The restaurant at this hotel was amazing! We really enjoyed trying the different dishes and the quality of the food was top-notch. Additionally, the view from the hotel was breathtaking. We could see miles and miles of beautiful scenery which we loved. Another great aspect was the helpful duty manager who assisted us during our stay.

The reception staff were very unhelpful and seemed quite arrogant which was disappointing. Another downside was the constant loud music coming from the swimming pool day and night which made it difficult to relax at times. Additionally, it was quite inconvenient that there was no transportation provided to nearby golf course and it was quite a long walk with golf clubs on our backs.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location to the golf course was perfect for us and the view from our room was stunning. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home.

the nearby golf course was beautiful and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view from the balcony. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. the swimming pool was refreshing and there were plenty of loungers available for relaxing.

The reception staff could have been more helpful and approachable.
